The Luna Park Chalk Art Festival is located at Backesto Park at the intersection of N. 13th and Empire St. in San José, CA

Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis around the perimeter of the park along Empire, Jackson and N 15th St. Parking is prohibited on the N. 13th St. side of the park. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed.
